Mayor Winnecke's Traveling City Halls are usually scheduled for the last Wednesday of every month. This time around that just so happens to fall on Halloween...and the meeting is going forward as planned. It is, as always, free and open to the public.

This months meeting will be held from 5:30p-7p at St. John's United Methodist Church located at 1900 N. Fulton Avenue. The Traveling City Hall is an opportunity for residents to meet with Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and various city department heads to ask questions or simply discuss the status of our community. Among those attending the meeting will be Parks Department Dir. Denise Johnson, Evansville Vanderburgh County Central Dispatch Dir. Rodney Buchanan, representatives from the city-county Building Commission and Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden, and Vanderburgh County Auditor Bill Fluty.

Traveling City Hall meetings are held at different location each month. The next Traveling City Hall meeting will be on Tuesday, November 27, at Northeast Park Baptist Church, 1215 N. Boeke Rd., from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
