This Friday, February 1, the American Heart Association would like for you to wear the color red.  Why?  To help increase awareness of heart disease.  The American Heart Association says that more than 18,000 people living in Indiana die every year from cardiovascular disease.

The American Heart Association wants to educate people so that they can improve their own heart health.  All that's needed is to make small lifestyle changes, such as watching what they eat and making sure they get enough exercise.  If you want to find out more, click here to visit the American Heart Association's website.
