One of my favorite family traditions during Christmas time is gathering around the Christmas tree and singing Christmas carols. As soon as my two children were able to talk (and many times I couldn't understand a word they'd say) is when we began this yearly tradition. Their father would play the guitar and the kids and I would jingle bells as they tried their darnedest to sing “Jingle Bells” or “12 Days of Christmas” I still have fond memories of those adorable toddler years. As they got older, I made copies of Christmas song lyrics so we wouldn't forget the words and sing more than one verse! By the time the kids were in their teens, they were showing signs of much better singing talent and instrumental talent than we'd ever had! I’d like to share with you some of our traditional Christmas songs that we still enjoy and are easy to sing for even the youngest child in your family and for the young at heart. To be enjoyed by all!
