I had lots of FUN with Goldie and Brett Wharf with the 12 Days of Fitness!

Goldie sang, "On the first day of Fitness my Trainer gave to Meeeeeeeee," and Brett performed each exercise, even though he had a serious sprained ankle! I just sat and explained the benefit of each exercise (pretty easy job).

You can do all of these exercises consecutively or you can pick out a few and do them. The thing is, we need to stay ACTIVE during the Holidays! Being Active helps us to relieve stress and tension, and it lifts our spirits!

You can do each exercise for 1 minute or 2 minutes

  1. Plank
  2. Kettle Bell High Swings
  3. Ball Bridge
  4. Baby Doll Burpee
  5. Snow Angels
  6. Ball push-ups
  7. Triceps Swings
  8. Overhead Press
  9. Chair Ups (dips)
  10. Biceps Curls
  11. Lat Pull downs
  12. Ball Crunches

Remember that Jesus is the Reason for the Season!
